How do I book a tour?You can book directly through our website, contact us via WhatsApp, or call us directly. We respond within 30 minutes during business hours.
Can I customize a package?Absolutely! All our packages are fully customizable. Tell us your travel dates, budget, and preferences — we'll craft the perfect itinerary.
What is the best time to visit Kashmir?Kashmir is beautiful year-round. Spring (March–May) for tulips, Summer (June–August) for green valleys, Autumn (Sep–Nov) for golden Chinars, and Winter (Dec–Feb) for snow.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?We accept bank transfers, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and cash payments.
Is a deposit required?Yes, a 30% advance deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 7 days before departure.
What is your cancellation policy?More than 30 days: full refund. 15–30 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Travel
Do I need any permits to visit Ladakh?Indian nationals do not need permits for Leh city. However, for areas like Pangong, Nubra Valley, and certain border zones, an Inner Line Permit (ILP) is required. We handle all permit arrangements.
Is travel insurance mandatory?We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before your trip, especially for high-altitude destinations like Ladakh.
What should I pack?This depends on the season and destination. We provide a detailed packing list after booking confirmation.
